Shipping Options
Shipping options vary based on your delivery address, the items in your order, and when you place it. All available options and rates will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 (before tax).
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We’re hoping to expand in the future — stay tuned.
Order Changes & Redirects
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to change the shipping address or reroute the package.
If you need to make a change after your order ships, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to see what options may be available.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If a package can’t be delivered and is returned to us, we’ll issue a refund once it’s received and processed at our warehouse.
Returned-to-sender orders can’t be re-shipped. If you’d still like the item, you’ll need to place a new order.
Order Processing & Cutoff Times
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12 PM PT / 3 PM CST ship the same business day.
Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the next business day.
For your protection, all orders go through a brief review process. Occasionally, this may cause a short delay — we appreciate your patience.
